Refund Policy

At Bhaggyauday, we provide tarot consultations, oracle guidance, numerology sessions, crystal healing, chakra balancing, and spiritual guidance with sincerity, honesty, and care. Due to the personalized and spiritual nature of our services, consultations and digital guidance sessions are generally non-refundable once completed.

Refund requests may only be considered under the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally

  • Payment completed but consultation not delivered

  • Technical issues preventing successful booking or consultation

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Consultation Services

Tarot readings, oracle guidance, numerology consultations, crystal healing, chakra balancing sessions, and spiritual remedies are based on personal interpretation, intuition, and spiritual guidance.

Results and experiences may vary from person to person. Refunds cannot be claimed based on personal expectations, predictions, or outcomes.

Consultation fees 2100 rupees non refundable.

Once a consultation session has been completed, it will not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Product Returns

If spiritual products such as crystals, bracelets, healing items, or related products are offered through our website, return requests may only be accepted for:

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing items in the package

Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery along with proper photos and order details.

Products must remain unused and in original packaging to qualify for replacement or return review.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized spiritual products

  • Customized numerology or tarot reports

  • Opened or used spiritual items

  • Digital downloads or consultation reports

  • Completed consultation sessions

Cancellation Policy

Appointments or consultations may be rescheduled based on availability if requested in advance.

Last-minute cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows may not qualify for rescheduling or refund.
